Watch List for Monday 3-28-2005

I have been researching a few days and the company I believe could be the next big winner is RTCB (Resort Clubs International, Inc.) This could be one we add to the brag list 6 months from now.
RTCB's outstanding shares have just been reduced, which makes it prime to move. Records show a small float and a small number of current share holders, which also means it is tightly held. RTCB current trades at about $1.80. compared to a similar company BXG trading at over $13. This shows that RTCB has lots of room to grow. View a quote of RTCB at: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=RTCB.PK
RTCB is a 10 year old golf membership company with 6 wholly owned subsidiaries. RTCB has contracts with 23 golf courses in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. These contracts allow RTCB members to play at "member rates" when they travel. The contracted clubs share in the RTCB membership sales to offset the value given to the member.
Golf has undoubtedly emerged during the past decade as the fastest growing sport in America. Millions of dollars are spent a year playing golf and golf vacations is a hot and growing trend.
What is most exciting about RTCB is not the membership programs, but their entry into the Time Share arena which they are calling "Club Share" targeted towards the middle income golfer. Many of the larger golf resorts have overlooked the middle income golfer, which is the fastest growing population among golfers. These larger companies provide golf resort time shares at prices ranging from $12,000-$15,000. Whereas RTCB's Club share price will be around $3000-$3,500 per couple for a one week annual vacation. The program will provide Time Shares of condos on or near golf clubs. A standard membership will last 5 years.
RTCB has completed a successful 2 year test of the Club Share program, and results show a very lucrative market. What is unique about the program is that golfers are paying for membership rights to the property and not actually required to buy any real estate which can take a lot more time and paperwork.
RTCB's 6 wholly owned subsidiaries are:
Vacation World Getaways, Inc.International Yacht Club, Inc.Holiday World Travel, Inc.Turnbull/Epic Golf, Inc.Private Club Alliance, Inc.Virtual Golf, Inc.
The synergy between the subsidiaries will help provide marketing for all new programs.
Put RTCB on your watch list, but don't watch it too long, I think this one will move fast. More on RTCB: at http://www.epicgolfclub.com
