Watch List for Thursday 5-19-2005

One of my alerts last night, BEAS broke out nicely in afterhours trading on positive earnings. The broad nasdaq market showing strength but may face technical retracements here. Recent articles have also pointed out that BEAS may be a possible takeover target by Oracle.

Isonics paid $2.5 million in cash and issued 506,527 shares in the acquisition. In connection with the deal, Isonics signed three key Protection Plus executives, including its chief operating officer, to multi-year employment agreements
